In times of increasing catastrophes each and every one of us is personally affected. All of us are confronted with the challenge of re-examining meaning and direction in our lives. The question of what will expect us in the future affects us increasingly. Everything is in a process of change: restructuring and new ideas are demanded not only of companies and organizations but also of each individual. Where will this change lead to? Who determines the direction and which values are to be retained?
These are questions which are asked also in personal daily life. Global conflicts – caused by economic, social as well as personal differences – affect all of us. The scope of these catastrophes makes it clear that extensive and courageous action is necessary.
Therefore it is important that we work out essential solutions jointly. In addition it is necessary to meet people – whom we call pioneers – in order to learn from them and with them. We would like to invite you to the following congress:
