C. The Challenge – the plan of action
In order to bring about evolutionary, global change we need centered "core pioneers" who are motivated from the heart. They show the direction for solving problems. These people can feel resonance points at which change is possible, and support and encourage change. They understand the dynamics of change in their effects, recognize what is essential and see to the implemention. Developing core pioneer skills is, of course, a challenge which we find, inter alia, in the following qualities:
Honest and courageous view of self
Motivation which comes from empathy
Freedom from social norms
Respectful learning with and from others
Understanding the dynamics of change
Exploration of multi-level realities
Acting with systemic consciousness
Examination of the essence of life
"How can I as a pioneer transform conflicts into solutions and integrate this new understanding into my life?" This congress will prepare the ground for these joint learning processes which integrate research and exchange, experience and movement in an alive manner.
This has led us to a congress design which, in addition to the exchange of information and experience, in particular supports activity and interactivity, experiment and exploration, learning and networking. Everyone is invited to participate actively and to join in the structuring to the extent of their capabilities and experiences. The top priority is the integration of all available future potential. The congress will find its climax in the presentation of the "Pioneer Award".
D. The Sustainibility – the plan of consequence
Our goal is to make the results of this conference available to as large a public as possible. Life Energy Media (Europe) will publish a "Kit for the Future" which will include audio and visual media. We are developing the "Pioneer Homepage" as a virtual network. This will be the basis for continuous contact and cooperation between the participants as well as with other interested persons. The success of this congress is to be globally inspiring and a source of future-oriented solutions as well as of interdisciplinary partnerships.
