The number of participants at the congress is limited. Admission will be according to order in which
registration forms and payments are received; date received at the Institute for Life Energy applies.
Registration for the Congress
Registration must be in writing (mail/fax or internet/email) and must include name, complete address, tel., fax and email (as far as available). Please use our Registration Form. The applicable admission fee can be paid by bank transfer or check. On bank transfers please include "Quantum Evolution" and your name as reference.
International participants are requested to transfer the full admission fee including bank fees.

Participants who transfer the admission fee after 05/01/04 are requested to provide a copy of the bank transfer at the check-in desk. In the event that a participant does not show up, also in the event of force majeur, the full admission fee will apply. We ask for your understanding that only participants who have paid the full applicable admission fees will be admitted to the conference.

Cancellation:
a.) Cancellation by 02/28/04:
Refund of 100% of admission fees minus a processing fee of EURO 50.00.
b.) Cancellation by 03/31/04:
Refund of 60% of admission fees minus a processing fee of EURO 50.00.
c.) Cancellation after 04/01/04:
No refund possible.
Cancellations must be in writing; date received at the Institute for Life Energy applies.
It is acceptable to provide a substitute participant.
